Noelle Lai
is a fashion & accessory designer from Greenville, South Carolina. She currently resides in North Carolina. Her work is recognized for combining heavily textured natural materials with asymmetrical designs. She finds inspiration in the overlooked details of nature and the Japanese aesthetic “Wabi-Sabi” to create clothing with a lasting presence.
Her design aesthetic constructs versatile, comfortable pieces that can easily transition into an already existing wardrobe. Changing how a person perceives a natural material is of the greatest importance in her designs.
